The form asks for your name, contact details and a description of the job, and those details serve exactly one purpose: getting your work quoted and done. They go to the concreting contractor who covers your suburb so they can call you, and they are not sold, syndicated or added to any marketing list. Prefer to keep it off the internet entirely? Ring instead; the phone works just as well. Calls may be recorded for quality, and if you want your details deleted, ask and it happens.
